Services Offered


Services are provided by a family nurse practitioner (FNP - see what's a nurse practitioner) or nurse (RN - may provide services marked with an asterick*) at the clinic and include:
  • Complete physical exams (including sports physicals)
  • Diagnosis and treatment of minor injuries & illnesses (strep throat, ear infections, sprained ankles, lacerations requiring stitches, rashes, etc.)
  • Diagnosis and treatment of chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, asthma, and allergies
  • Immunizations*
  • Screenings (vision, diabetes, blood pressure)*
  • Nutrition education and weight management assistance
  • Prescription of medications
  • Treatment of mental health issues, such as ADHD or depression (medication management and referral to counselor on site - or elsewhere)
  • Health education, counseling, and wellness promotion*
  • Referral services
  • Classroom presentations*
  • Many other services available: call and ask if you have questions!

Services Not Provided:

  • Abortion counseling
  • Treatment of emergency or life threatening situations better treated by paramedics or in an emergency room
  • Non-emergent treatment of students without parental permission (with exceptions as mandated by Oregon State Law)
